Project Agora, the programmatic and native advertising company of TDG, has been partnering with top local advertisers and more than 500 publishers across EMEA since its launch in 2014 to keep the Open Web Open.
The Publisher Success Executive role sits within our Project Agora Customer Success unit which is responsible for nurturing and growing existing customer relationships in the supply and demand chain of the digital advertising ecosystem. The position is based in TDG’s Tech Hub in Patras or in our Athens Headquarters. Do you have what it takes?
Responsibilities:
- Own an allocated portfolio of publishers. Act as a subject matter expert on the monetization of their online inventory and maximization of their user value
- Monitor revenue and work hand-in-glove with Yield team to maximize performance
- Attend regular client calls, meetings and Business Reviews to update on performance, present our latest solutions, up-sell and cross-sell our products
- Provide a feedback loop to the Product team on new features and enhancements
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to provide revenue and profitability forecasts for potential partnerships
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Computer/ Data Science or related field
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills in English and Arabic
- Passion for digital advertising, internet trends and continual learning
- Strong analytical skills, ability to transform data into actions
- Must enjoy working collaboratively across multiple teams and possess good interpersonal and persuasive skills
- Problem solving mindset, being proactive on improving processes and tools
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize and deliver to very tight deadline
