TailWind, ThinkDigital Group’s Ad-Tech company and the preferred partner of AppNexus and Sizmek in CEE & MEA, is seeking to hire a Customer Success Executive.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work at the forefront of the advertising industry and become part of one of the leading Ad-Tech & Programmatic Advertising companies in EMEA. The successful candidate will be based in Patras and report to Customer Success Manager.
Responsibilities:
· Become the technical expert for Sizmek fullstack solutions (adserver, dynamic creative optimization, DSP)
· Onboard customer in the platforms and enable them with trainings, advice on platform usage and support to use them for ad-management, campaign creation, media purchase, creatives creation/testing, reporting, optimization etc
· Resolve technical issues
· Liaise with customers for providing support and consulting on our digital advertising products and services
· Manage activities and campaigns across TailWind’s digital advertising platforms and clients
· Work closely with Account managers to ensure unparalleled customer service
Qualifications:
· Fluent Arab and English Speaker
· Degree / Diploma in Computer Science/Engineering
· Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to speak and write clearly and concisely
· Proactive, goal-oriented approach and able to understand and prioritize tasks quickly
· Possess the technical attitude and desire to learn the intricacies of TailWind
· Knowledge of HTML, CSS is a plus
