We are Lummerce, a Digital Marketing and E-Commerce startup located in Patras and we are seeking a motivated Junior E-Commerce Assistant to join our team.
Candidates should be able to:
- Keep e-commerce manager informed and involved
- Provide customer support in terms of order management check out, order cancellation, order enquiry
- Liaising with finance department regarding invoices
- Social Media Management
- Enjoy the work we are all in
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Management or Marketing
- Experience with E-Commerce platforms
- Excellent standard of written English and proficient with good communication skills
- Attention to detail and hardworking
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Military obligations for male candidates fulfilled
Additional qualifications that will make you special:
- Portfolio / showcases that demonstrate previous experience
- Have an understanding of Google Analytics and SEO
- Experience in Photo/Video Editing
