Internship is an Elective Course of the 10th semester of the Department’s Undergraduate Study Program.
Internship (http://praktiki.upatras.gr/):
- is announced within the second fortnight of November each year and
- the selection is completed within the second fortnight of January of the following year
- has a duration of three (3) consecutive months, with a mandatory start on the 1st of the month from March to June of each academic year.
The Internship concerns diploma students and students of the 10th semester and above. The positions (the number of which is determined per year) are funded by national and community resources (NSRF) and are registered in the Central Student Internship Support system ΑΕΙ ΑΤΛΑΣ http://atlas.grnet.gr/.
In addition to the above positions, Internship positions outside the system are also approved «ΑΤΛΑΣ»:

- internal (KIDALIA program) with funding from the organization through the University’s Internship office (for more information you can contact Mrs. Synodinou Kondylia tel. 2610-997859)
- and internal or external, which they find on their own initiative or through the programs ERASMUS, AIESEC etc. In these cases, the institution should ensure resources at least for the insurance (it would be good for the compensation) of the students.
Candidates are selected based on:
- his grade point average,
- the number of courses the student has successfully passed by the end of the ninth semester
- and the year of study.
All candidates are ranked and selected for the positions offered, while the rest are ranked as runners-up.
